Somany Ceramics has allotted 3,201 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP Plan 2023), according to a regulatory filing dated August 13, 2025.
The company informed that these equity shares have a face value of ₹2 each and were allotted on August 13, 2025.
Following the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company will increase from ₹8,20,19,210 to ₹8,20,25,612.
The allotment was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
