Shyam Metalics and Energy Limited held its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 26, 2025, where shareholders approved key resolutions, including the declaration of dividend and re-appointment of directors.
The shareholders approved the final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share, in addition to the previously confirmed interim dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share paid on January 28, 2025.

The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Deepak Agarwal as Directors, who retire by rotation.
Additionally, the resolutions for ratification of remuneration payable to M/s. BSS & Associates, Cost Auditors, and the appointment of M/s. MKB & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years were also approved.
The remote e-voting register and related documents are under safe custody and will be handed over to the Chairman and Managing Director or Company Secretary for preservation after the minutes are signed.
