Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has appointed Ms. Sipra Bajpai as an Independent Director on its board, effective September 11, 2025.

Ms. Sipra Bajpai holds a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Law from FM University, Balasore, Odisha. Since 2019, she has been serving as the State Secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Odisha. In this role, she has contributed to strengthening the party's organizational structure, coordinating grassroots campaigns, and supporting public outreach initiatives. Actively engaged in both political and social causes, Ms. Bajpai continues to play an important role in promoting the party's vision and connecting with communities across the state.
The company has affirmed that Ms. Bajpai is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI order or any other such authority.
The details of the appointment have been disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023.
