Pakka Limited has received approval and recommendation for a fiscal incentive for its Jagriti Project from the Evaluation Committee of the Uttar Pradesh Government under the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Investment and Employment Promotion Policy, 2022.
The approval pertains to the company's application for fiscal incentives amounting to ₹224.47 crore, which was submitted on July 23, 2025. The investment is intended for the ‘Jagriti Project’.
The Evaluation Committee of Invest UP has reviewed, approved, and recommended the project to the Uttar Pradesh Government for the issuance of a Letter of Comfort (LOC). The fiscal incentive is subject to the approval of the Hon'ble Cabinet of the Uttar Pradesh Government and will be granted over 15 years from the commencement of commercial production.
