Keystone Realtors Limited announced that its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 18, 2025, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will address the notice of the 30th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25.
In compliance with Regulation 36 (1) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has provided a web-link to access the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 for shareholders who have not registered their email addresses with the Company or its Depositories.
The Annual Report is available on the company's website at www.rustomjee.com, and can be directly accessed at https://admin.rustomjee.com/assets/uploads/ir files/Annual Report 2025.pdf.
Keystone Realtors Limited has also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37, dated May 07, 2024, and to dematerialize physical securities. Shareholders are encouraged to record their PAN, Address with PIN code, Mobile Number, Bank Account details, Specimen Signature, and choice of Nomination.
Shareholders are requested to register their email IDs to avail online services and are encouraged to use electronic modes for dividend, interest, or redemption payments, effective from April 1, 2024.
