Intellect Design Arena has announced the allotment of 42,489 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), according to a circular resolution dated August 25, 2025. The shares, priced at ₹5 each, were allotted on August 26, 2025, at 11:51 PM (IST) to option grantees who exercised their options under various ESOP schemes.
The breakdown of the allotment is as follows:
Following this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 139,049,364 equity shares to 139,091,853 equity shares, each valued at ₹5. The newly issued equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares.
The company has applied for listing and trading approvals from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) for these shares.
