ideaForge Technology Limited announced the allotment of 28,876 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018. The decision was approved by the Executive Committee of the Board on September 16, 2025.
The newly allotted shares have a face value of ₹10 each and will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
Following the allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased from ₹43,21,60,580 to ₹43,24,49,340, comprising 4,32,44,934 equity shares of ₹10 each fully paid-up from 4,32,16,058 equity shares of ₹10 each fully paid-up.
