Hitachi Energy India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities, effective September 16, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
The trading window will be closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from Tuesday, September 16, 2025, until two days after the Board Meeting, inclusive of both days. During this period, trading in the company's securities will be restricted.
The Board Meeting date, during which the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, will be considered, will be intimated separately.
The announcement was made on September 15, 2025, and is addressed to the Listing Department of BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
