Here is what Samir Arora-backed Helios MF bought and sold during the month of July

According to a latest disclosure, Samir Arora-backed Helios MF's flagship Flexi Cap fund's cash holdings in July 2025 decreased to 0.82 percent from 1.29 percent during June. The AUM of the fund is around Rs 3,470.46 crore.

HDFC Bank remained the largest position at 11.77 lakh shares worth Rs 237.46 crore (6.41% of AUM). The fund’s top five holdings in July were HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Eternal, One 97 Communications, and Adani Ports, together making up 21.01 percent of the portfolio.

Here are the major changed in the fund portfolio.

Stocks Bought or Increased

ICICI Bank

The fund increased its stake by 0.53 lakh shares, bringing the total to 12.56 lakh shares valued at Rs 186.08 crore (5.02% of AUM).

Eternal

The fund added 9.21 lakh shares, taking its holding to 52.78 lakh shares worth Rs 162.46 crore (4.38% of AUM).

Kotak Mahindra Bank

The stake rose by 0.38 lakh shares, taking the total to 5.55 lakh shares worth Rs 84.30 crore (2.28% of AUM).

Motilal Oswal Financial Services

The position was boosted by 1.12 lakh shares, lifting the total to 12.89 lakh shares valued at Rs 81.53 crore (2.20% of AUM).

Syrma SGS Technology

The fund bought 2.13 lakh additional shares, taking the holding to 22.61 lakh shares worth Rs 70.76 crore (1.91% of AUM).

The Phoenix Mills

The stake increased by 1.23 lakh shares, bringing the total to 8.89 lakh shares worth Rs 38.80 crore (1.05% of AUM).

Gokaldas Exports

The fund purchased 0.72 lakh shares, taking the total to 12.67 lakh shares worth Rs 38.21 crore (1.03% of AUM).

Swiggy

The holding grew by 4.58 lakh shares, taking the total to 44.58 lakh shares worth Rs 37.14 crore (1.00% of AUM).

NBCC (India)

The fund bought 8.01 lakh shares, making the total holding 8.01 lakh shares worth Rs 34.95 crore (0.94% of AUM).

Honeywell Automation India

The position rose by 0.03 lakh shares, bringing the total to 0.16 lakh shares worth Rs 34.01 crore (0.92% of AUM).

New Positions

Ola Electric Mobility

The fund initiated a new position with 133.08 lakh shares worth Rs 54.97 crore (1.48% of AUM).

Oswal Pumps

A fresh position of 5.07 lakh shares was bought, valued at Rs 37.68 crore (1.02% of AUM).

Travel Food Services

The fund purchased 3.19 lakh shares, valued at Rs 33.35 crore (0.90% of AUM).

Aadhar Housing Finance

A new stake of 5.36 lakh shares was acquired, valued at Rs 27.17 crore (0.73% of AUM).

India Shelter Finance Corporation

The fund bought 1.87 lakh shares, worth Rs 17.17 crore (0.46% of AUM).

Positions Reduced

KPIT Technologies

The stake was reduced by 3.10 lakh shares, reducing the holding to 23.51 lakh shares valued at Rs 78.92 crore (2.13% of AUM).

State Bank of India

The holding was cut by 0.28 lakh shares, leaving 12.43 lakh shares worth Rs 74.84 crore (2.02% of AUM).

DLF

The position fell by 0.06 lakh shares, leaving 11.88 lakh shares valued at Rs 74.81 crore (2.02% of AUM).
