Here is what Helios Capital's Samir Arora bought and sold in April

Increased its holding from 10.62 lakh shares to 15.07 lakh shares, a rise of around 41.9% month-on-month. The stock now represents 0.99 percent of the AUM, up from 0.75 percent earlier.

In the month of April, Samir Arora-led Helios Capital saw minimal changes in its Flexi Cap portfolio. According to its latest disclosure, the fund's cash holdings increased to 5.26 percent from 3.49 percent. The AUM of the fund is around Rs 2800 crore. Currently, the largest holdings in the portfolio are Eternal (formerly Zomato), ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank.

New Additions

During the recent month, the fund made three major additions to its portfolio:

Axis Bank: Added 48.6 lakh shares (1.94 percent of total AUM). The value of the holding as per the disclosure is around Rs 575.9 crore. The stock is currently trading at Rs 1,163.

PB Fintech: Added 2.28 lakh shares (1.25 percent of total AUM), with a value of around Rs 37.09 crore. The stock is currently trading at Rs 1,632.

Ather Energy: Added 6.99 lakh shares (0.76 percent of total AUM) of the recently listed EV player. According to the disclosure, the value of the holding is around Rs 22.46 crore. The stock, which was listed on May 6, is currently trading at Rs 328.

Increased Holdings

The fund also increased its holdings in the following stocks:

ITC Hotels: Increased its holding from 10.62 lakh shares to 15.07 lakh shares, a rise of around 41.9% month-on-month. The stock now represents 0.99 percent of the AUM, up from 0.75 percent earlier.

Syrma SGS Technology: Increased holding from 5.29 lakh shares in March 2025 to 7.23 lakh shares in April 2025, a rise of around 36% month-on-month. The stock now represents 1.13 percent of the total AUM.

Complete Exit

While the fund did not reduce any specific holding partially during the month, it completely exited its position in Reliance Industries Ltd., offloading its entire holding of 8.3 lakh shares.
