HAL Offshore Limited has increased its stake in Seamec Limited to 70.48% after acquiring 30,712 equity shares. The disclosure, dated August 23, 2025, was made under Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
The shares were acquired through open market transactions on August 22, 2025.
