Guneet Singh joins Julius Baer India as Group Head

Julius Baer expands its leadership team

Foreign wealth manager Julius Baer has expanded its leadership team with the appointment of Guneet Singh as the new Group Head. He is reporting directly to Umang Papneja, CEO of Julius Baer India.

Guneet with more than 24 years of experience in wealth management focuses on strategically expanding Julius Baer’s presence across the country.

Prior to joining Julius Baer India, he was working for the private banking and global private client business at HDFC Bank.

Further, for strategic expansion in the West, South, and Eastern parts of India, Julius Baer has appointed Mayur Bhat, Deepak Chivukula, and Niloy Dey as team heads in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata, respectively.

Before joining Julius Baer, Mayur was the Senior Market Head - Private Banking and Niloy Dey was working as the East Head - Private Banking at HDFC Bank. Deepak Chivukula was the Zonal Head of Private Banking at ICICI Bank.
