Globus Spirits announced that its operations at the Samalkha unit in Haryana were disrupted due to flooding, leading to an impact on revenue of ₹13.50 crore. The disruption occurred from August 15, 2025, and lasted for 23 days.
The plant operated at 50% capacity during this period due to road blockages and extreme supply chain disturbances caused by the rains. There is no destruction of stocks and assets. However, the impact is covered under insurance.
The company has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited about this disruption under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
