GHCL Limited's board has approved the launch of "Saksham Niveshak," a campaign aimed at creating awareness among shareholders to update their details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends. This initiative is in response to a circular from the Investor's Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, issued on July 16, 2025.

The campaign will run from July 28, 2025, to November 6, 2025, and seeks to reach out to shareholders with unpaid or unclaimed dividends, facilitating the transfer of these dividends to the Investor Education and Protection Fund.

Shareholders are encouraged to update their PAN, nomination details, contact information (postal address, mobile number), and bank account details. The company has specified that dividends on shares are payable only in electronic mode and will be credited to the shareholder's bank account after the necessary information and documents are updated.

To update details and claim dividends, shareholders need to submit the following documents:

    • Form ISR-1: Duly filled and signed, with self-attested KYC documents.
    • Form ISR-2: Duly filled and signed, with banker's attestation of signature, along with an original cancelled cheque (with name printed) or self-attested bank passbook/statement.
    • Form SH-13: For adding a nominee.
    • Form ISR-3: If shareholders wish to opt out of nomination.

These forms can be downloaded from the company's website. Shareholders are required to fill in and deliver the forms to the Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) at the following address:

    MUFG Intime India Private Limited

    Unit: GHCL Limited

    C 101, Embassy 247,

    L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West),

    MUMBAI – 400083.

GHCL Limited has outlined multiple modes for shareholders to submit their documents:

    • By post: Physical copies, self-attested and dated.
    • By email: From the shareholder's registered email ID, with digitally signed documents (first joint holder must sign in case of joint holdings) to rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com.
    • Online: Upload via MUFG Intime India Private Limited portal: www.in.mpms.mufg.com.

The company has urged shareholders holding shares in electronic form who have not claimed their dividend to update or modify their details with their respective depository participants. The deadline for submitting documents is November 6, 2025.

Bhuwneshwar Mishra, VP-Sustainability & Company Secretary, has encouraged shareholders with questions to reach out to the company and has extended greetings for the festive season.

This campaign is all about making it easier for shareholders to update their details and claim what's rightfully theirs.
