Everest Kanto Cylinder Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company is in compliance with Regulation 30 and all other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (SEBI LODR) and have been promptly disclosing all the events, information and price sensitive information, if any, or any information which have a bearing on the operations or the performance of the Company.
The company confirms that other than the disclosures already made, there are no events or information which needs to be disclosed to Stock Exchanges in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, which in their opinion may have a bearing on the Price/Volume behavior in the scrip.
