Financial Performance
ESAB India Limited reported a total revenue of ₹138,125 lakhs for the financial year 2024-2025, compared to ₹124,981 lakhs in the previous year. The profit after tax stood at ₹17,542 lakhs, up from ₹16,298 lakhs in the previous financial year. The company's earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹113.98 from ₹105.90.
Additional Resolutions
In addition to the dividend announcement, the Board of Directors proposed several resolutions to be considered at the AGM:
Re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Gambhir, who retires by rotation.
Appointment of Mr. V Mahesh as the Secretarial Auditor for five years, with remuneration to be fixed by the Board.
Ratification of remuneration payable to Cost Auditors, M/s. Geeyes & Co., for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, amounting to ₹5,50,000 plus expenses.
Approval for material transactions with ESAB Europe GmbH, Switzerland, and EWAC Alloys Limited, India, up to ₹200 crores each.
