CMS Info Systems Limited has completed the acquisition of 15,14,299 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares, representing 53.89% of the share capital of Securens Systems Private Limited, on a fully diluted basis under tranche 1 of the arrangement.
The company announced that this acquisition was completed as per Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The acquisition was completed on July 23, 2025, as previously mentioned in their letter Ref. No.: CMSINFO/2507/005.
The Company is in the process of acquiring the remaining shares of the Target under one or more tranches, which will be separately intimated by the Company in due course on completion of each such transaction.
The announcement was made on September 16, 2025, under the authorization of Debashis Dey, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of CMS Info Systems Limited.
