Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited has announced the receipt of a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Hinduja Group Limited for a contract worth ₹113.74 Crore. The order, excluding GST and Labour Cess, is for civil and structural works for Hinduja House in Worli, Mumbai.
The company confirmed that neither the Promoters, the Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in the entity/entities awarding the contract, ensuring that this order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions.
The said work order has been received in the normal course of business and forms part of the Company's ordinary civil contracting operations.
