Bulk deals: SBI Mutual Fund picks up 0.57 percent stake in Elgi Equipments

Inventus Capital Partners (Mauritius) Limited sold 5.2 lakh shares (2.42 percent) at a price of Rs 5.32.

The following bulk deals took place on both exchanges on July 8.

Elgi Equipments SBI Mutual Fund has bought 18.12 lakh shares ( 0.57 percent stake) in the company at Rs 532 per share. As of March 2025, SBI Small Cap Fund held 3.22% stake in Elgi. At close, the stock was trading 0.56 percent higher at Rs 535.10.

India Shelter Finance Corporation Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 45.29 lakh shares (4.2 percent) at an average price of Rs 850.87. Nexus Ventures III Limited sold 36.71 lakh shares (3.4 percent) at Rs 850.88, while Nexus Opportunity Fund II Limited sold 13.29 lakh shares (1.23 percent) at Rs 850.85. The stock closed flat at Rs 880.

TVS Infrastructure Trust

Sargam Retails Private Limited purchased 19 lakh units at Rs 102, and Serum Institute of India Private Limited bought 14.75 lakh units at the same price. Ambit Wealth Private Limited, on the other hand, sold 41 lakh units at Rs 101.98. TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks listed the  Rs 1,300 cr worth InvIT on NSE on July 8.
