Business Excellence Trust III sold 39.10 lakh shares in Happy Forgings for an average price of Rs 950.06. As of December 2024, Business Excellence Trust III had a 8.3 percent stake in the company.

Happy Forgings shares close at Rs 1,017.1, down 0.51 percent on the National Stock Exchange.

Chanakya Opportunities Fund I bought 2.50 lakh shares in Arnav Fashions for an average price of Rs 73.58. Arnav Fashions shares close at Rs 73.5, up 4.67 percent on the National Stock Exchange.

Mukul Aggarwal sold 84,000 shares in C2C Advanced Systems for an average price of Rs 713.81.
