Bulk Deals on June 23: Promoter Sunil Vachani offloads 2.77% stake worth Rs 2,221 crore in Dixon Technologies

However, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund was the buyer for some of the shares sold by Sunil Vachani in Dixon Technologies.

    Promoter Sunil Vachani has offloaded 16.7 lakh shares i.e. 2.77 percent stake, worth Rs 2,221 crore in Dixon Technologies via open market transaction on June 23.

    As per the bulk deals data published on the exchanges, Sunil Vachani has sold 16.7 lakh shares in Dixon Technologies at an average price of Rs 13,301.47 per share.

    However, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund was the buyer for some of the shares sold by Sunil Vachani. The fund house has acquired 14.45 lakh shares (i.e. 2.4 percent stake) worth Rs 1,923.8 crore in Dixon at an average price of Rs 13,307.96 per share.

    Dixon share price rallied 3.73 percent to finish at Rs 14,571 on the NSE.

    Hilton Metal Forging was also in focus as promoter Yuvraj Hiralal Malhotra has sold 14.01 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 73.4 per share, and another 5.07 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 74.99 per share, which is totalled to 19.08 lakh shares (or 8.15 percent stake) valued at Rs 14.1 crore. However, the stock gained 2.95 percent at Rs 72.23.

    Munjal Showa corrected sharply on Monday, falling 7 percent to Rs 123.54. Foreign portfolio investor Esvee Capital sold 3 lakh shares (or 0.75 percent stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 118.4 per share. As of March 2025, Esvee held 2.13 percent stake in the company.

    Block Deals

    Kerala Ayurveda was locked in 20 percent upper circuit at Rs 511.70 amid significantly higher volumes, as total 18.28 percent shares exchanged hands on the BSE.

    Promoter Katra Holdings has offloaded 22 lakh shares (18.28 percent stake) in Kerala Ayurveda at an average price of Rs 423 per share, amounting to Rs 93.06 crore.

    However, Trishakti Power Holdings, Nimish Chandulal Shah, Aamara Capital, Bharat Jayakrishna Taparia, Setu Securities, Santosh Industries, Riddisiddhi Bullions, Bhatia Suresh, and Virendra Prakash Ranka were the buyers for those 22 lakh shares.
