Bulk deals: Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte picks up 0.61% stake in Cigniti Technologies

SBI Funds Management Private Limited bought 7.56 lakh shares (1.59 percent) at an average price of Rs 505.

The following bulk deals took place on both exchanges on June 24.  At close, the Sensex was down 542.47 points or 0.66 percent at 82,184.17, and the Nifty was down 157.80 points or 0.63 percent at 25,062.10. BSE Midcap and smallcap indices down 0.4 percent each. Nifty 50 index ended near a key technical support of 25,060 level.

Cigniti Technologies
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 1.66 lakh shares (0.61 percent) at an average price of Rs 1591.46. The stock fell nearly 10 percent after reporting its Q1FY2026 earnings.

Indian Energy Exchange
Pictet - Indian Equities sold 60 lakh shares (0.67 percent) at an average price of Rs 131.5. The stock fell nearly 30 percent during the trading session after the CERC approved norms for power coupling set to be in place from January 2026.

JTL Industries
Jindal Oil and Fats Limited bought 22.10 lakh shares (0.56 percent) at an average price of Rs 79.63.

Kajaria Ceramics
Long Term India Fund bought 12.5 lakh shares (0.78 percent) at an average price of Rs 1180. The stock closed nearly 3.5 percent lower at Rs 1171.20.

Kilburn Engineering
SBI Funds Management Private Limited bought 7.56 lakh shares (1.59 percent) at an average price of Rs 505. The stock was trading nearly 2 percent higher at Rs 525.70.
