Bulk & Block Deals: Six Sigma Investments Fund bought 3.92 stake in Industrial Investment Trust

Six Sigma Investments Fund bought 8,83,745 shares or a 3.92 percent stake in Industrial Investment Trust Ltd at Rs 170 per share, while One Earth Capital Limited sold the same number of shares at the same price in a corresponding bulk deal.

Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd

Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors Private Limited bought 80,00,000 shares or 0.85 percent stake in Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd at Rs 90.40 per share, while Edelweiss Employees Welfare Trust sold 1,60,00,000 shares at the same price in separate bulk deals.

Axiscades Technologies Ltd 

Hindusthan Infrastructure purchased 1,10,000 shares of Axiscades Technologies Ltd at Rs 979.85 per share. Sudhakar Gande sold the same number of shares at the same price.

Protean eGov Technologies Ltd

Massachusetts Institute of Technology sold 4,01,574 shares or 1 percent stake in Protean eGov Technologies Ltd via a bulk deal at Rs 1,026 per share.

AGS Transact Tech Ltd

Devi Traders LLP sold 7,74,668 shares of AGS Transact Tech Ltd through a bulk deal at a price of Rs 5.06 per share.

Arunaya Organics Ltd

D3 Stock Vision LLP bought 1,28,000 shares of Arunaya Organics Ltd in a bulk deal at Rs 44 per share.

Baheti Recycling Industries Ltd

Srishti Somani sold 83,625 shares of Baheti Recycling Industries Ltd via a bulk deal at a price of Rs 556.70 per share.

DCM Financial Services Ltd

Sandeep Sethi purchased 1,00,000 shares of DCM Financial Services Ltd through a bulk deal at Rs 7.93 per share.

Integrity Infrabuild Ltd

Three bulk deals took place in Integrity Infrabuild Ltd. Dhrumil Rajendrakumar Patel bought 28,800 shares at Rs 101, Emrald Commercial Limited purchased 64,800 shares at Rs 100.81, and Aryaman Capital Markets Limited acquired 73,200 shares at Rs 100.80.

Shanti Overseas (India) Ltd

Gaurav Gadiya sold 86,090 shares of Shanti Overseas (India) Ltd through a bulk deal at a price of Rs 18.43 per share.

Sheetal Universal Ltd

JNSP Trading LLP offloaded 1,14,000 shares of Sheetal Universal Ltd via a bulk deal at Rs 114.88 per share.

Virtual Galaxy Infotech Ltd

Neo Apex Venture LLP was involved in two bulk deals in Virtual Galaxy Infotech Ltd—buying 2,05,000 shares at Rs 179.55 and selling 22,000 shares at Rs 193.90. Separately, Vinod Kumar sold 3,72,000 shares at Rs 179.78.
