Multiple block deals took place in Akzo Nobel India. Buyers included Nippon India Mutual Fund (8.15 lakh shares, 1.79%), WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund Ltd (5.28 lakh shares, 1.16%), Goldman Sachs Funds – Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio (4.50 lakh shares, 0.99%), Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (45,986 shares, 0.10%), Bandhan Mutual Fund (29,928 shares). On the selling side, Promoter Imperial Chemical Industries Limited sold 22.77 lakh shares (5%). The stock closed in the green at Rs 3,399.

AHIH Resorts and Retreat Private Limited bought 88.28 lakh shares for Rs 44.45 each, while CEO Malavika Hegde sold 88.28 lakh shares (4.18%) for Rs 44.45. The stock closed in the red at Rs 44, down 0.70 percent.

NOVA Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone bought 2.21 lakh shares (1.73 percent) for Rs 81.49 each. The seller was promoter Anjay Ratanlal Agarwal.

BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 2.50 lakh shares for Rs 227.5 each.
Paradeep Phosphates
Promoter Zuari Maroc Phosphates bought 97.50 lakh shares (1.2%) for Rs 182.06 each.
Regaal Resources
VPK Global Ventures Fund – Scheme 1 sold 7.00 lakh shares for Rs 96.25 each.
Kesoram Industries
Axis Bank sold 20.66 lakh shares (0.67 percent) for Rs 5.96 each.
