Block deals: Promoter entities offload around 1.8% stake in Bajaj Finserv; Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities amongst buyers

Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund bought 4.11 lakh shares (0.64 percent) of Azad Engineering at Rs 1,616.85 per share in a bulk deal.

Promoter entities Jamnalal Sons Private Limited and Bajaj Holdings and Investment Limited offloaded around 1.82 crore shares (1.14 percent) and 1.04 crore shares (0.65 percent) respectively at Rs 1,925 per share.

The following bulk and block deals took place on both exchanges on June 6

Bajaj Finserv

Promoter entities Jamnalal Sons Private Limited and Bajaj Holdings and Investment Limited offloaded around 1.82 crore shares (1.14 percent) and 1.04 crore shares (0.65 percent) respectively at Rs 1,925 per share.

On the buy side, various domestic and global funds picked up stake in Bajaj Finserv. Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund bought 12.99 lakh shares, ASK Absolute Return Fund purchased 1.11 lakh shares, while Barclays Merchant Bank (Singapore) Limited acquired 53,468 shares. BOFA Securities Europe SA picked up 3.12 lakh shares, and its ODI arm bought 13.10 lakh shares. Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius acquired 2.90 lakh shares, and Copthall Mauritius Investment Limited purchased 66,837 shares. DFC Emerging Markets Equity Fund bought 420 shares, and DSP Mutual Fund picked up 54,592 shares.

Other buyers include Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte, HDFC Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund.

ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India

Promoter WABCO Asia Private Limited offloaded 6 lakh shares (3.16 percent). As of March 2025, WABCO Asia Private Limited held around 65 percent stake in the company.

Buyers included Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte which bought 13,000 shares, UTI Mutual Fund purchased 7,633 shares. Sundaram Mutual Fund and Aditya Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund each bought 1.23 lakh shares. Bandhan Mutual Fund acquired 10,999 shares. Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius also purchased 37,041 shares, and Edelweiss Mutual Fund added 10,997 shares. Other buyers include Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, HDFC Standard Life Insurance and Nippon India Mutual Fund, amongst others.

Usha Financial Services
Copthall Mauritius Investment Limited sold 1.23 lakh shares (0.57 percent) of Usha Financial Services at Rs 79.4 per share.
