The following block and bulk deals took place on the exchanges on June 13.
Jubilant FoodWorks
The seller was Jubilant Consumer Private Limited which offloaded 1.06 crore shares (1.61 percent) at Rs 662 each, amounting to a block sale worth Rs 701.72 crore.
The buyers include Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund which acquired 16 lakh shares worth Rs 105.9 crore at Rs 622 per share, while UTI Mutual Fund picked up 4 lakh shares. Teachers Retirement System of Illinois purchased 30,890 shares, and Societe Generale bought 7.4 lakh shares. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 11.7 lakh shares, Mirae Asset Mutual Fund acquired 4 lakh shares, Kotak Funds – India Midcap Fund purchased 11.5 lakh shares and Invesco Mutual Fund invested in 2.8 lakh shares.
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance was one of the biggest buyers, taking 19 lakh shares. HSBC Mutual Fund bought 10 lakh shares (0.15 percent), while Grandeur Peak International Stalwarts L.P. acquired 15,430 shares.
Other buyers include Grandeur Peak Global Trust, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance, Bandhan Mutual Fund, BNP Paribas Financial Markets and Canara HSBC Life Insurance.
Jubilant Ingrevia
Promoter Shyam Sunder Bhartia Family Trust sold 36.23 lakh shares (2.27 percent). Promoter entity Nikita Resources Private Limited offloaded 34.15 lakh shares (2.14 percent), and Jubilant Enpro Private Limited sold 28.27 lakh shares (1.77 percent).
Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 44.65 lakh shares of Jubilant Ingrevia at Rs 676 per share. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 3.9 lakh shares, while ICICI Prudential Life Insurance purchased 3.6 lakh shares. HDFC Mutual Fund invested in 19.7 lakh shares. Bandhan Mutual Fund acquired 4 lakh shares, Axis Mutual Fund bought 19 lakh shares, and Societe Generale picked up 3.8 lakh shares.

Nazara Technologies
The Estate of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala sold 14.24 lakh shares (1.62 percent) at Rs 1,225.63 per share, with a transaction value of approximately Rs 174.57 crore. They also sold around Rs 13 lakh shares of the same stock.
Scoda Tubes
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE sold 4.2 lakh shares (0.71 percent) at Rs 181.42 per share, with the deal valued at around Rs 7.62 crore.
Shalby
First Water Fund bought 7 lakh shares (0.65 percent) of Shalby at Rs 180 per share. On the other hand, Haresh Tikamdas Kaswani (0.65 percent) sold an equal quantity at the same price.
