Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited announced the allotment of 44,688 equity shares on September 09, 2025, following the approval by the Resourcing & Business Committee of the Board of Directors. This decision pertains to the exercise of stock options by employees under the Aptus Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021.
Consequently, the company's paid-up share capital has increased from ₹1,00,11,87,096, consisting of 50,05,93,548 equity shares, to ₹1,00,12,76,472, comprising 50,06,38,236 equity shares. Each share has a face value of ₹2.
The newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company. The company is in the process of completing the necessary formalities for listing the newly allotted securities.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
