    Shares of All Time Plastics fell significantly from day's high of over Rs 300 but closed 3 percent higher on August 14, on the first trading session after listing.

    The share still performed better than JSW Cement, which too listed today but ended with a 0.6 percent loss, even though both are from different sectors.

    The stock of All Time Plastics started off with a 13 percent compared to the offer price of Rs 275, and soon climbed up to Rs 325 but could not sustain the gains as profit booking set in. The stock finally ended at Rs 283.3, up 3 percent with a volume of 1.66 crore shares on the NSE. On the BSE, the stock saw a volume of 18.74 lakh shares.

    All Time Plastics, which supplies consumerware products IKEA, Tesco, Michaels, and Asda Stores (the top four customers), is valued at Rs 1,856 crore.

    The company mobilised Rs 400.6 crore via public issue through an IPO that was a combination of fresh issue of Rs 280.03 crore worth of shares, and an offer-for-sale of Rs 120.57 crore worth of shares by promoters.

    The fresh issue proceeds will be utilised for debt reduction by Rs 143 crore, purchase of equipment and machinery for the Manekpur facility worth Rs 113.7 crore, and remainder for general corporate purposes.

    All Time Plastics recorded a decent performance on the financial front with net profit for FY25 growing by 5.6 percent to Rs 47.3 crore and revenue rising 8.8 percent to Rs 558.2 crore compared to previous year.
