Callum Henderson, managing director and global head of FX Research at Standard Chartered Bank told CNBC-TV18 that he expects the equity related currencies to stabilise and recover over the next few weeks.
He feels that the dollar will continue to have a medium-term weak bias. "In the short-term, we have seen huge amounts of volatility in the equity markets which has spilled over into the currency markets," he clarified.
