Timothy Moe, Goldman Sachs said that, "Strategically we raise India to overweight with a 12-month target of 6600. Upside drivers include a recovery in growth, a decline in inflation and the potential for continued policy reforms. India is less affected by the near-term concerns of the US fiscal cliff relative to other markets in Asia in our view."
