The primary market seems to be witnessing the busiest ever weekly schedule as there will be a flood of 31 IPOs hitting Dalal Street this week starting from September 22, along with nine new companies making their debut on the bourses.
These 31 companies are set to ready for fund raising around Rs 8,310 crore including Rs 7,354.3 crore worth of 12 public issues in the mainboard segment.
Transformers maker Atlanta Electricals and FMCG company Ganesh Consumer Products will kick off the IPO schedule of the mainboard segment this week, on September 22. The former is raising Rs 687.3 crore via offer with price band of Rs 718-754 per share, while the later company intends to mobilise Rs 408.8 crore at the upper end of price band of Rs 306-322 per share.
This follows IPOs by four companies - Seshaasai Technologies, Jaro Education, Solarworld Energy Solutions, and Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, which will be launched on September 23.
Payment solutions Seshaasai Technologies is the largest IPO amongst these four, raising over Rs 813 crore with price band of Rs 402-423 per share, followed by Mumbai-based stock-broker Anand Rathi which plans to raise Rs 745 crore and set price band at Rs 393-414 per share.
Solar energy solutions provider Solarworld Energy Solutions, and online higher education & upskilling platform Jaro Education, have fixed price band at Rs 333-351 and Rs 846-890 per share for their Rs 490 and Rs 450 crore initial public offerings (IPOs).
On the following day, i.e. September 24, other three companies - Jain Resource Recycling, Epack Prefab Technologies, and BMW Ventures - are ready to hit Dalal Street with their IPOs.
Jain Resource Recycling, which involves in recycling and manufacturing of non-ferrous metal products, is mobilising Rs 1,250 crore via maiden public issue with price band of Rs 220-232 per share, while the IPO will fetch Epack Prefab Technologies, the pre-engineered steel buildings solutions provider, Rs 504 crore with price band Rs 194-204 per share.

BMW Ventures, the trader of steel products, tractor engines and spare parts, will announce its price band on coming Monday, when the exact offer size will be disclosed.
Further, ethanol producer Trualt Bioenergy, and construction machine exporter Jinkushal Industries are expected to be the last IPOs for this week, opening on September 25. Trualt is raising Rs 750 crore via fresh issue, while promoters will be selling 18 lakh shares via offer-for-sale, but their total IPO size will be known on Monday with the price band announcement.
Jinkushal aims to mop up Rs 116.15 crore through its IPO which will launched with a price band of Rs 115-121 per share, while Pace Digitek will be the last company from the mainboard segment this week, launching its Rs 819.15-crore IPO on September 26.
Meanwhile, the number of IPOs will be much higher in the SME segment, though the total fund raising size is much lesser than mainboard segment. Total 19 SME companies are floating their IPOs worth Rs 955-crore this week with Prime Cable Industries, and Solvex Edibles being the first amongst them to open public issues on September 22.
On September 23, six companies True Colors, NSB BPO Solutions, Ecoline Exim, BharatRohan Airborne Innovations, Matrix Geo Solutions, and Aptus Pharma - are set to launch IPOs, followed by five firms - Systematic Industries, Justo Realfintech, Gurunanak Agriculture India, Riddhi Display Equipments, and Praruh Technologies which are scheduled for their IPOs launch on September 24.
Further, Bhavik Enterprises, Chatterbox Technologies, Gujarat Peanut and Agri Products, and Telge Projects will open their maiden public issues on September 25, followed by Ameenji Rubber, and DSM Fresh Foods on September 26.
Apart from new IPOs, the public issues by JD Cables, Siddhi Cotspin in the SME segment, and iValue Infosolutions, Saatvik Green Energy, and GK Energy in the mainboard segment, which launched last week, are set to close for subscription this week on September 22 and 23.
All the above 28 IPOs will be opened for subscription for three working days.
Listings
On the listing front, total nine new companies will be available for trading on the bourses this week. In the mainboard segment, there will be five new debuting companies. Amongst them, Euro Pratik Sales will debut its shares on the BSE and NSE on September 23, followed by VMS TMT on September 24, and iValue Infosolutions on September 25, while the trading in Saatvik Green Energy, and GK Energy will commence on the bourses with effect from September 26.
The SME platforms will see four new companies available for trading with TechD Cybersecurity on September 22, Sampat Aluminium on September 24, JD Cables on September 25, and Siddhi Cotspin on September 26.
