MT Educare to list shares on April 12

The MT Educare, which raised Rs 99-crore via public issue, will list its equity shares on Thursday, April 12, 2012. The issue price is fixed at higher end of price band of Rs 74-80 a share.

MT Educare, which raised Rs 99-crore via public issue, will list its equity shares on Thursday, April 12, 2012. The issue price is fixed at higher end of price band of Rs 74-80 a share.

The issue received an excellent response from investors and it was subscribed 4.8 times when the issue closed on March 29. The QIB portion was subscribed 6.01 times, HNI segment 8 times and Retail portion 2.17 times.

MT Educare, an education support and coaching services provider, entered the Indian capital market on Tuesday, March 27 with its initial public offer (IPO) comprising of fresh issue of equity share of face value of Rs 10 (at a premium) aggregating to Rs 35 crore and an offer for sale of 80 lakh equity shares by Helix Investments Company.

The proposed issue is being made through a 100% book building process and would be listed on the BSE and the NSE.

The book running lead manager to the issue is Enam Securities Private Limited and the registrar to the issue is Link Intime India Private Limited.
