As the mercury is seen rising and the India Meteorological Department warns the country of a strong summer, there has been a rise in demand for products to beat the heat.
The ceiling fans market across the globe grew from $9.48 billion in 2022 to $10.09 billion in 2023 at a compound annual growth rate of 6.4 percent. With that being said, there are a few innovative products surfacing the market that may make the current heatwave a little bearable.
RF Remote Control Ceiling Fans by Usha
These ceiling fans by Usha come with a BEE-5-star rating, along with a 100 percent copper BLDC motor, thus making these fans energy efficient. The brand has launched six new premium ranges of these fans that total upto 54 models, which include 27 multi-directional fans.
The company in a statement also mentioned the fans have a deliverable capacity of 230-240 cubic meters per minute, and operate silently. They provide a free installation service and are priced between Rs 8,400 and Rs 9,800. Usha international provides a two-year warranty on both, the fan as well as the remote.
Dinesh Chhabra, CEO of Usha International, commented on the same, saying "Fans today are no longer seasonal but have become an all-season product with sales seen throughout the year in different regions according to changes in temperature. In fact, based on consumer insights and needs, our R&D team develops products that cater to diverse customer needs in the fans category, consistently bringing in new technology, stylish designs, energy-efficient, best-in-class performance, and high-quality products,” reported Business Today.
