India is committed to strengthening its economic relations with the United States, focusing on building a deeper and more substantial partnership with the new US administration, according to Union Minister Piyush Goyal.

Speaking on India’s diplomatic approach, Goyal said that India has never interfered in the internal politics of any other nation, asserting the country’s stance of neutrality and respect for sovereignty. He also highlighted India's ongoing, constructive engagement with the US, recalling productive collaborations during the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations.

Looking ahead, Goyal expressed confidence that relations with the US will continue to deepen, specifically reiterating India’s enthusiasm about working with former President Donald Trump once again. “Each one of our engagements through the years has only gotten better and better,” Goyal said, underscoring the positive trajectory of bilateral ties.
