Electronic payments solutions provider R S Software today said its net profit rose by 17.4 percent in the first quarter of FY14 at Rs 11.07 crore and revenue jumped by over 20 percent to Rs 92.04 crore.
R S Software chairman and managing director Raj Jain said the company was eyeing the huge potential of electronic payments across the world which was only 15 percent of total transactions as of now.

The company was also looking at acquisitions in the electronic payments space provided they they are right synergistic fits to existing operations, Jain told reporters here.
