Q4 Results 2025 Highlights: Federal Bank net profit rises 14% to Rs 1,030 crore; Sona BLW’s net profit increases 10%

Sona BLW Precision Forgings’ net profit rose nearly 10% YoY to Rs 164 crore. Revenue from operations however fell to Rs 865 crore. The company announced a final dividend of Rs 1.6 per share for FY25. The bank's net interest income declined 4% YoY to Rs 2,756 crore.

The lender declared dividend of Rs 1.5 per share.

The lender reported 482% jump in net profit at Rs 318 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. It reported net profit of Rs 54.6 crore in the year-ago period. However, on a sequential basis the lender's net profit declined 25%

Bandhan Bank consolidated Q4 net profit advanced 478 percent to Rs 318 crore from Rs 55 crore reported in the year ago period.

Adani Power reported that its net profit declined by 3.6 percent to Rs 2,637 crore in the March 2025 quarter against Rs 2,737 crore in the same period, a year ago.

Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has reported a 50% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 7,265 crore in Q4 FY25. The oil major’s revenue from operations stood at Rs 2.18 lakh crore during the quarter.

Coromandel International announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 3 per equity share. The Final and special dividend will be paid on or before August 23. The Record Date fixed for determining the members eligible to receive the Final & Special Dividend is July 17.

Coromandel International reported a 262% YoY jump in net profit to Rs 580 crore in Q4 FY25. This however included a one-time gain. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose to Rs 4,993 crore.

Vedanta reported an EBITDA margin of 35 percent, the highest in the last 12 quarters. Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 11,618 crore, up 30% YoY.

The shares of Exide Industries dropped nearly 3% after the company released its Q4 results.

Exide Industries reported a 10% YoY fall in standalone net profit to Rs 255 crore in Q4 FY25. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose over 3.7% YoY to Rs 4,159 crore. The battery-maker also announced a dividend of Rs 2 per equity share. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set at July 19.

The shares of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank dropped over 2% after the lender released its Q4 results.

Go Fashion reported a 52% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 19.89 crore for Q4FY25. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose 12.7% YoY to Rs 204.81 crore. The shares of the company sharply rise 5% after the results.

The net profit declined 74.7 percent at Rs 83.4 crore against Rs 329.6 crore on-year. NII reduced 7.4 percent to Rs 864.4 crore against Rs 933.5 crore, a year ago.

The consolidated net profit of the company was reported at Rs 24 crore against Rs 2.6 crore, a year ago. The revenue from operations grew 22.3 percent to Rs 822.8 crore against Rs 672.5 crore a year ago.

The shares of Adani Power dropped over 1% to trade at Rs 542.75 apiece. The company is set to announce its results for the January-March quarter today.

The shares of Pepsi-bottler Varun Beverages dropped nearly 4% to trade at Rs 509.85 apiece after the company released its results for the January-March quarter of FY25.

Pepsi-bottler Varun Beverages has announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 apiece for the financial year 2025. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set on May 7. The dividend will be paid on May 9.

Varun Beverages reported a 35% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 726 crore in January-March quarter of FY25. Revenue from operations meanwhile rose over 29% YoY to Rs 5,680 crore.

The shares of Phoenix Mills jumped over 2% to trade at Rs 1,671 apiece. The real estate major is set to announce its January-March quarter results today.

The shares of Indian Oil Corporation and Exide Industries rose over 1% today. The shares of the oil major IOC were trading 1.6% higher at Rs 138 apiece, while those of battery-maker Exide Industries were up 1.09% at Rs 374 apiece. Both the companies are scheduled to release their respective January-March quarter results today.

The shares of Adani Power were trading in the red ahead of the firm’s March quarter results. The shares were down 0.78% at Rs 544 apiece.

While intimating stock exchanges about its board meeting to approve the financial results, the Pepsico-bottler also said that its directors will consider and approve a dividend for its shareholders. Notably, the company had last announced a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for calendar year 2024 in February this year. The dividend was paid to the eligible shareholders in April.

The company is now expected to announce the first dividend of the calendar year 2025.

The shares of Varun Beverages and Vedanta Limited were trading in the green with marginal gains. The shares of Pepsi-bottler Varun Beverages were trading 0.85% higher at Rs 534 apiece, while those of Vedanta were trading 0.76% higher at Rs 419 apiece. Both the companies are scheduled to release their respective January-March quarter results today.
