Bajaj Holdings reported a standalone net profit of Rs 90.72 crore for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025. This marks a significant decline from the Rs 1,204.37 crore net profit reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Total income also declined sharply to Rs 167 crore.

Along with the Q4 results, Bajaj Holdings announced a dividend of Rs 28 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholders’ approval. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set on June 27.
