Q2 Results Highlights: LG Electronics net profit declines 27% to Rs 389 crore, Tata Motors CV business swings into red

LG Electronics India reported a net profit of Rs 389 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 27% YoY decline from the Rs 535.7 crore net profit reported in Q2 FY25. The firm's revenue from operations rose less than 1% YoY to Rs 6,174 crore.

Tata Motors, which now represents is commercial vehicle business, reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 867 crore for Q2 FY26, as against a net profit of Rs 498 crore in Q2 FY25. The firm's revenue from operations rose 6% YoY to Rs 18,585 crore.

Bharat Dynamics (BDL) reported a standalone net profit of Rs 216 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 76% YoY rise from the Rs 122.5 crore net profit reported in Q2 FY25. The defence player's revenue from operations more than doubled to Rs 1,147 crore.

Relaxo Footwears reported a net profit of Rs 36.16 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 1.55% YoY fall from the Rs 36.73 crore net profit reported in Q2 FY25. The firm’s revenue from operations meanwhile dropped around 7.5% YoY to Rs 628.54 crore.

Jubilant Foodworks, which operates popular food chains like Domino's and Dunkin Donuts in India, reported a standalone net profit of Rs 64 crore for Q2 FY26. This marks a 23% YoY rise from the Rs 52 crore net profit reported in Q2 FY25. The firm's revenue from operations meanwhile rose 16% YoY to Rs 1,699 crore.

Vishal Mega Mart reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 152 crore for Q2 FY26, marking a 46.5% YoY rise from the Rs 104 crore net profit reported in Q2 FY25. The firm's revenue from operations meanwhile rose 22% YoY to Rs 2,981.5 crore.

Muthoot Finance said that its board has approved the plan to raise Rs 35,000 crore by issuing redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD) by way of private placement, in multiple tranches.

The shares of Biocon extended sharp gains for the second consecutive session on November 13 after the pharma company’s strong Q2 results boosted investor sentiment. Brokerages remain positive for the stock, raising target prices after the earnings announcement.

Along with the Q2 results, Cochin Shipyard announced an interim dividend of Rs 4 per equity share for the financial year 2026. The record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders set to receive the payment has been set at November 18, and the dividend will then be paid on or before December 11 this year.

The shares of gaming platform Nazara Tech jumped more than 7 percent on November 13 a day after the company released its results for the second quarter of the financial year 2026. Nazara Tech shares were trading at Rs 276.45 apiece.
