NTPC Green Energy Q3 net profit soars 52.3% YoY to Rs 89.4 cr; margin slides to 83.5%

NTPC Green Energy Ltd. delivered a strong performance in Q3 FY25, with net profit surging 52.3 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 89.4 crore, compared to Rs 58.7 crore in the same quarter last year.

Revenue grew by 4.1 percent YoY to Rs 460.9 crore, up from Rs 442.6 crore, showcasing steady operational growth. However, EBITDA saw a slight dip, declining 2.3 percent YoY to Rs 384.6 crore, compared to Rs 393.6 crore in Q3 FY24.

EBITDA margins came in at 83.5 percent, down from 88.9 percent in the corresponding period last year, reflecting cost pressures despite higher profitability.

The stock of the company closed at Rs 113.06 per share, down 0.01 percent on NSE on January 24.
