Idea Cellular approves raising upto Rs 3000cr via QIP

Himanshu Kapania, MD of Idea Cellular told CNBC-TV18 that the company today also approved raising upto Rs 3000 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). He believes that this will be an enabler for it when the licence will come for renewal in 2015 and 2016.
