Gujarat Gas Limited has announced that the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The company has fixed the record date for payment of dividend as Friday, September 05, 2025. The dividend payout date, if declared at the AGM, will be on or before Friday, October 24, 2025, to the members whose names appear on the Company's Register of Members as on the record date.
The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to vote through remote E-voting or E-voting Facility at the Annual General Meeting is Thursday, September 18, 2025. The remote E-voting period will commence from 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Monday, September 22, 2025, and end on 05:00 P.M. (IST) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

The remote E-voting period will commence from 09:00 A.M. (IST) on Monday, September 22, 2025, and end on 05:00 P.M. (IST) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
