The June 2021 quarter results for Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL; CMP: Rs 977; Market Capitalisation: Rs 99,882 crore) were above Street expectations. GCPL witnessed broad-based double-digit growth in both the home care and personal care segments. Branded volumes growth in India was at 15 per cent in the June quarter as against 29 per cent in the March 2021 quarter.
