BSE reported a strong performance in Q4, with net profit surging to Rs 494 crore, compared to Rs 107 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue grew significantly by 75% year-on-year, reaching Rs 846.6 crore, up from Rs 484 crore. The company board has recommended a dividend of Rs 23 per share, which includes a special dividend of Rs 5 per share.

The record date to determine eligible shareholders for the final dividend is set for May 14, and the dividend payment will be completed on or before September 18.

BSE Ltd delivered a strong performance in Q3 FY25, posting a consolidated total income of Rs 835 crore, which includes Rs 774 crore in revenue from operations. Profit before tax came in at Rs 288 crore, while net profit attributable to shareholders rose sharply to Rs 220 crore. During the quarter, the exchange recorded an average daily turnover of Rs 6,800 crore.
