    CLSA slams Mphasis on corporate governance; stock down 20%

    Shares of IT services firm Mphasis plunged around 20% to Rs 506 in morning trade after the company’s first quarter numbers announced post-market hours Thursday fell short of market estimates. Quarterly revenues declined around 8% compared to July-October quarter, and net profit fell both on a quarter-on-quarter as well as year-on-year basis.
