Cryptocurrency Prices Today: Markets in red as Ethereum, Solana, Cardano fall

In rupee terms, Bitcoin rose 1.43 percent to trade at Rs 29,52,415 while Ethereum declined 2.65 percent to Rs 1,95,952.1. Cardano tumbled 3.8 percent to Rs 85.02 and Avalanche rose 1.59 percent to Rs 5,164.47. Polkadot dipped 0.25 percent to Rs 1,463.62 and Litecoin declined 1.24 percent to Rs 8,767.73 over the last 24 hours. Tether fell 1.36 percent to Rs 81.4. Trump Family Discovers TrumpCoin: ‘Legal Action Will Be Taken’

A meme coin called TrumpCoin has caught the attention of members of the Trump family—and they are not amused. Donald Trump's son, Eric Trump, today tweeted that TrumpCoin has nothing to do with the Trump family, is not authorised, and “legal action” will be taken. On its website, the TrumpCoin FAQ says it launched on February 20, 2016, to honour former US President Donald Trump. It also calls itself the "#1 Patriot Cryptocurrency" on its Twitter account. The current market capitalisation of TrumpCoin is around $1.5 million with a circulating supply of a little more than 6.6 million coins, according to data from CoinMarketCap. Read more here.

OpenSea Exploit Sees Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT Sell For $1,700 in Ethereum

An exploit on NFT marketplace OpenSea enabled one buyer to purchase Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) NFTs for tens of thousands of dollars less than the collection's floor price. BAYC #9991 owner Tballer was devastated when his Ape was sold for just 0.77 Ethereum (about $1,700). The buyer, who goes by the name "jpegdegenlove," was also able to snap up BAYC #8924 for 6.66 ETH (around $14,700) and #8274 for just under 23 ETH (around $50,800). The floor price for a BAYC NFT is currently 86 ETH, which is just under $200,000. Read here.
