Delhi NCR-based real estate developer County Group has announced that it has sold out the first phase of its latest project, Jade County, which shows a high demand for luxury residences in the region.
According to a company statement, Phase One of Jade County comprises of 1.5 million square feet (msf) area and features five towers ranging from 27-31 storeys. The project will be developed on a 13.33-acre land parcel at Wave City in Ghaziabad near Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
The company had acquired the land parcel for Rs 400 crore. The worth of the first phase of the project is estimated to be around Rs 1600 crore, the company said.
The project will have a planned saleable area of 3 msf and it has a total investment outlay of Rs 1,800 crore. The project is slated for delivery starting 2030 in a phased manner.

Strategically located in Wave City along the NH24 corridor, Jade County offers swift connectivity to Delhi, Noida, and Greater Noida. Backed by infrastructure upgrades like the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and Hindon Airport, the region is fast becoming a preferred destination for premium living,” Amit Modi, Director County Group, said.
Jade County will be an Indian Green Building Council’s pre-certified Gold project and will feature approximately 1,000 residential units across four premium apartment sizes— 2358 sq. ft., 2898 sq. ft., 3555 sq. ft., and 5094 sq. ft.
County Group has delivered nearly 18 msf of living spaces through its different projects across Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. The group has around 20 msf under construction space at different locations in Delhi-NCR.
