    KPIT Cummins Infosystems is quoting at ex-bonus today. The company announced one bonus equity share for each equity share held in the company during its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 01, 2012. The record date has been fixed at March 14.

    At 10:45 hours IST, the share was trading at Rs 85, down 8.58% with volumes of 98,669 shares.

    In the quarter ended December 2011, the company reported net profit of Rs 12.25 crore on total income of Rs 148.27 crore, an increase of 27.73% and 3.73% over previous quarter, respectively
