    Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings today offloaded 0.63 percent stake in Kajaria Ceramics for over Rs 56 crore through an open market transaction.

    According to bulk deal data available with BSE, HSBC Bank Mauritius Ltd AC Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings sold a total of 9,94,905 shares, amounting to 0.63 percent stake of Kajaria Ceramics.

    The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 565.03 apiece, valuing the transaction at Rs 56.21 crore, the data showed.

    The buyer(s) of the shares could not be ascertained immediately.

    As of December quarter, Jwalamukhi Investment Holdings held 86,70,810 shares or 5.46 percent stake in Kajaria Ceramics.

    The scrip of Kajaria Ceramics closed on BSE at Rs 553.60, down 4.74 percent from previous close.
