IBM says has Pepsi India's finance outsourcing contract

Technology major International Business Machines Corp (IBM) said on Thursday it is running the finance and administration processes of PepsiCo's India arm as part of a five-year outsourcing agreement signed in 2009.

Technology major International Business Machines Corp (IBM) said on Thursday it is running the finance and administration processes of PepsiCo's India arm as part of a five-year outsourcing agreement signed in 2009.


Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.

Under the deal, IBM will help PepsiCo India centralise its financial processes and will cover payments, revenue and reporting processes, IBM said in a statement.
