Security services firm SIS today announced its joint venture with US-based Terminix to set up a pest control services company in India.
The joint venture firm 'SIS Terminix' will be investing Rs 250 crore to fund both organic growth and acquisition, SIS said in a statement.
SIS group will hold 51% stake in the JV and the remaining 49% will be owned by Terminix, which is the USA's leading pest control provider.
The JV firm will offer a range of pest and termite control solutions for homes, businesses and industrial establishments.
SIS Terminix plans to open 25 branches across the country in the next few years besides setting up modern research and development centre.
